Sabatini’s Pizza is a family owned and operated restaurant which opened its doors for business in 1958. John Sabatini’s dedication to high quality can still be seen in the food and atmosphere. Now, three generations later, we are still serving the same delicious pizza using the original recipe that residents of Northeast Pennsylvania and beyond have been enjoying for more than 50 years.

In February of 1974, eight million kids across the country watched Joe Sabatini make a pizza on the legendary children’s show “Mr. Rogers’ Neighborhood,” which was filmed in Pittsburgh. Joe was invited to the show after his five-year-old son, Gino, wrote a letter to the show’s star Fred Rogers.
